Re: Good Morning
You paint any picture you want. When it goes in the national gallery, I want credit for Saint Catherine who snapped it.
Reminds me of a friend in Alberta that actually made his living as an artist. Rick Berg. His story was this:
I paint a thousand pictures. Do they call me an artist? No!
But you suck one rooster, one in your whole life, for the rest of your life, you are a rooster sucker. Its just not fair.
Not a great copy to post, but this is the kind of stuff he does. Light and water, it is amazing what he does.

Re: Good Morning
Good morning, beautiful few last days of summer, garden still going strong and since my garlic follows cucumbers in the rotations system, it looks like my cucumbers are going to run in to my garlic planting, never happened before.
So anybody else feels like their favorite grandmother died ?

Re: Good Morning
Yes, @Ontario Chick , I too feel like our favourite grandmother is gone.
My cucumbers are late maturing too; we've just started to get some harvest in the last week or so. To be fair, I did plant them later than usual.

Absolutely Ontario Chick, I'm very sad at the loss of Queen Elizabeth II. To my mind she WAS England, and it will never be the same without her .
The tomatoes are still going strong, but there seem to be nothing but "older" cukes. The chickens are not complaining about getting tomatoes and a cuke every day :).
