It's a shame the rain didn't make it out a bit farther to Brockville and Kingston area. I'm sure everyone could use some rain after the hot days we've had, and 4.7" in 2 days is more than we really needed at once. Our (4) rain barrels were overflowing just after the first half day of precipitation; they were pretty much empty beforehand.

Yup Brebis, the rain missed us and the dark clouds carried on to Ottawa/Gatineau or somewhere ELSE . The garden didn't get much of a drink and there's no more rain in the forecast for a week .
