Re: Good Morning
Warmest day for a long time here, no wind, bright sun, Jackie had twins last night. I planted a bunch of daffodils along the road, 10 eggs.
I have no idea how it happened, but I have 11 goats here right now. Two of them are boarders and should go home next weekend. Made a deal to sell a milk goat when the triplets are weaned, her doeling we will keep, her two bucklings are for sale, guy coming tomorrow to see them. Jackie had twins last night, a boy and a girl; Jackie stays and her two babies will be for sale. I got gifted a buckling last weekend, I think he will go with Gillie, they arent related. And my poor Celeste who lost triplets a couple weeks ago, she is 6 now, and I dont think she will get bred again, retired like me, but I will milk her this last season. So the plan will be to go into the fall with three females, two of whom will hopefully find love some time in the fall.
Time to start thinking about the garden. Some early potatoes in in March, but mostly too wet to do anything right now. At least thats my excuse.
Pretty good day all tolled.
