My understanding is that the legislation in Ontario only applies to chicken eggs. If you have duck or quail eggs I don't think there is any legislation keeping you from advertising or selling them anywhere. "1. (1) In this Regulation,“egg” means an egg of a domestic hen of the species gallus domesticus" https://www.ontario.ca/laws/regulation/100171
As for meat, you cannot sell or give away any meat from any animal that has not been killed and butchered at an inspected and licensed butcher. It is basically illegal for any homegrown and home butchered meat to leave your property. Even feeding it to people on your property may not be allowed.
