So I have some hens that tip over their water every day, twice a day making their pen soaking wet. Princess Auto had these on sale. $59.00. I know you can make your own but this was on sale and just what I wanted, might go back and get another one.

Nice @kenya , I got one like that (not on sale, paid a bit more) and it's great - hasn't froze up yet and the hens seem to have taken to it just fine! Really like it compared to the standard waterers that the hens always seem to foul with shavings, etc.

Yup Decided to get another one for my silkie pen, so they don't get their puffs so wet, just hope they learn how to use it.

Can roosters with big combs drink from it?

Don't see why not, they kind of turn their heads sideways anyway.
