Frisky ducks

Post by SusanH » Mon May 25, 2020 2:52 pm

I have two female ducks.. Both lay eggs, both quack loudly. Today I saw one climb on top of the other, and when she was “done” they chased each other around and did the wing-flapping happy dance.
I’ve never seen chickens do this. Do they?

I can't remember any of our birds not doing the "Happy Dance" - ducks, chickens, quail... I do remember that whenever it rained, as soon as the tiniest puddle formed they were a-goin' at it! :chicken_dance: :chicken_dance: :chicken_dance:
