I predict a hot summer ahead (with more intense rainstorms).
There's a video from the BBC on Global Dimming - simply that air pollution reflects sunlight back into space - and water vapor at high altitude from aircraft contrails do as well. From 1957 to the mid 1980's sunlight hitting the earth decreased by 5-20% depending on where you are, due to this reflection effect. Upon this discovery they looked at US weather data for the 3 days after September 11 (when all aircraft were grounded) and there is a measurable increase in temperature range. Therefore - it will be a hot summer.

Diligently follow the path of two swords as one. Percieve that which the eye cannot see. Seek the truth in all things. Do not engage in useless activity.

Yeah, we have really gotten ourselves into a pickle - need to stop emissions to stop climate change, but the emissions are dampening some of the effects of global warming. Def gonna be a hot one this year.
It seems insane that we have dimmed the skies by 5% in such a short time, let alone up to 20%!!
