So I know regulations state you can only sell eggs on property, but what about those not meant for human consumption? I have some people interested in chicken or quail eggs for use in raw food diets for dogs, or for snakes and such. Does anyone have any knowledge of any regulations prohibiting them from being taken off property for that?

Interesting question, I wonder if the problem may be circumvented, by just marking the boxes "Not for human consumption" ?

I do believe that would work. I remember hearing about people selling raw milk to "dog breeders who needed it to raise orphaned pups".

Well, people sell eggs for hatching and ship/transport them all over...maybe they could be sold under that description?

Raw milk is a whole other issue, be very careful, unlike eggs is it illegal to sell it to anyone other than a licensed processor. I know some sheep milk producers who sell it with a note saying it will not be used for human consumption but whether it would hold up in court is another matter...

eggs - if they are "hatching eggs" then there is no issue regarding delivery or shipping
