The only thing i regret is that "bionic" does not come with an automatic "can fly" like ironman upgrade lol
Dont want my money back... Definitely worth it. I am walking more stably today than i have for 5 months i think. And off the pain drugs too for the most part!! My silly pony yesterday-i wanted to say hi, she thought dinner and ran to the barn. Lol. Stood in the barn calling me whilei was at the fence where she had just been. haha not super bright that one.....
And the ducklings have doubled in size in a week! Holy they grew fast.

i think my birds have completely shunned anything vegetable. i've had the garden fence open for a while. even the lettuce is still intact.....

Ours still eat tomatoes, cukes, kale, chard and dandelion leaves, although putting a blob of wormer didn't always work with one little bugger who refused to eat it, even if I folded up the leaf to hide it......

Two achievements last week, last of the "digesters" emptied in to the garden bed ready for Garlic planting, and a meal in a restaurant, first since Feb. 2020. :coolguy:

Had to check when I started the experiment, thank goodness for PTO, how would I ever know otherwise? ;)

Good morning,
Actually magical morning....
Sunny foggy day just brings something very beautiful to the Carp river valley....
Driving in to the village from the "hilltop" of Corkery, the fog slowly braking up by the sun, the fields showing in some places and fog heavy in there, always makes me think of "Brigadoon"

wow!...woke up to a torrential downpour this morning..just dark and heavy and straight down...we planted a bunch of silver maple last weekend and have been fortunate in the weather as it saves me worrying about water issues...i am searching for the brining recipe that @Killerbunny sent me but dang, i cant find it...hint hint..lol...may have to resort to google...did the chicken chores this morning and spent a noticibly long period of time playing with the Welsummer babies..what a lovely bunch..very curious, not afraid of me at all...they love the fake pearl inlay cuff buttons on my old barn coat... @WLLady only one of the 10 is showing advanced male features...much larger comb, wattles are beginning to be noticed and it is unquestionably larger than the other 9...and Pipsqueak is catching up fast, I had to look close to spot him/her in the bunch....so here's hoping i have a 90% f/m ratio..wouldn't that be awesome?...fingers crossed :run:

Recipe
https://pallensmith.com/recipes/recipe/ ... st-turkey/
I replace some of the water with hard cider or apple juice. I am using this on a guinea hen tonight.
