Re: Good Morning!
Welcome back @JimW !!!! Happy healing! take er easy and mend well.
been such a joy to see the sun the last 2 days! i'm about to head out and do something/anything outside in the sun today. looks like rain (?!) moving in for tonight. oh yay. have some time off work this week which is awesome. missing my vitamin D i think. DH and I puttered out yesterday to just do a "little bit of firewood". 3 hours later (we thought it was easily 5 hours) we had 5 trees cut down/split/on the trailer and headed home to discover it was only 3 hours.....we were seriously thinking we were going to break the trailer LOL. had to stack the bucket on the tractor with wood too. it's all just dead ash. i feel like we're clear cutting in places. it's all falling down now too, or standing cracked....dangerous. of course the dog finds doing firewood boring and wanted to go home about an hour after we went out, so managed to dig up a carcass of something and sprinkle bones all over the field. go figure. been crochetting a blanket in my spare time to get rid of all my extra wool/yarn. found out that when it's only -2 outside, and the fireplace is on, it's about 28 in the house, and it's too darned warm to have the blanket in my lap to work on it ha ha. first world problems i tell ya. hey @JimW you could take up knitting if you get bored!
My one horse is steaming in the sun....just had a good roll in one little snow patch left....tough life. birds are all out and puttering on the lawn happily. i need to get started on the coop for the garden-where the guineas will be deposited in spring. maybe i'll go and crush down the asparagus dead foliage.....and take a rake through the garden and see if my garlic is up yet. it's certainly been warm enough here. my manure pile was steaming this morning too...cooking down nicely. duck is still sitting....day 12 today i think. another 25 or so to go.....

Re: Good Morning!
Yeah ... I tried and tried, for several months, at least once a week, to see if the bad gateway had been resolved. It never was, I gave up too. @Shnookie, do you have any contact info for previously active members that may want to reconnect with fellow poultry enthusiasts? It would be great if they would check in here ...
