On Wednesday Dr. Oz is going to talk about a survey that shows a link between eating chicken and some cancers. I plan to watch. I'm curious.

I watched the show. They said eating chicken is actually good for you, but it depends how it is cooked. If it is grilled and gets black grill marks on it, the particles in the grill marks have a chemical that can cause cancer. If you cook any meat on a grill, and fat drips off and burns, they said there is a chemical in the smoke from the burning fat that can cause cancer. Most people don't eat smoke so I'm not sure if the chemicals will rise with the smoke and stick on the meat or what. If you cook anything in an oil that is hot enough to smoke, the oil is too hot, and there are chemicals in the overheated oil that can cause cancer. As usual, it will depend on how often you eat those chemicals, and your genetics, whether you get cancer.

Oh wow, interesting!! I missed the show so was curious.
I rarely grill anything, chicken on the BBQ gets put in foil (hate grease fires)
