Hen apron with snap closures

Post by Ontario Chick » Sat Aug 10, 2019 8:41 am

I have this lovely hen apron on loan from @Killerbunny and have tried to find the same to buy, but all I can find is the type where you have to pull the wings thru the fixed openings.
The ones I have borrowed from KB have elastic shoulder straps with snap closures which makes them very easy to put on.
Anybody has a source?

Would KB's apron have come from Silkie Sue?

No, from Louises Country Closet. Looks like they're no longer snap.

That doesn’t look hard to make. In fact, it looks like a good use for one of those burned potholders everyone has. Just attach suspenders. If someone could just trace the outline and either send it to me actual size or post it here with dimensions, I will try to make some up.
