RIP #16

I had to let #16 go this am. She had gone slightly lame and one of her hocks looked "odd" sort of twisted. She looked worse this am and sadly with big heavy birds the kindest thing is to let go. Very upsetting.
ANyway

#16 4 years old
Great Mum to all her babies (and there were many) both brooded and biological.
You will be missed.

Well they quit! I think the other girls were pushing them off the nest so they didn't commit.
