Physio done

Got the ok yesterday no more hospital physio just my personal home grown kind . 3 mths from operation knee still stiff but time & lifestyle should work that out . WELL WORTH THE OPERATION/PAIN if anyone out there looking at knee replacement . Get er done !!!!

Great news Ross. You should post about this on Alberta etc. because schipperkjie sue is having a rough time with her worn out knees!

Congratulations Ross! I have several clients that I whip into shape after knee replacements! Just keep moving.....squat and most importantly extend your knee. Extension is more important than flexion when talking knees. 😉
