Sad, very sad. By today's standard it is horrific that this could happen but it was a different world in the late 19th century. We cannot judge with our eyes, just understand and learn.

I watched that show too. I found it very sad, but I was glad that they were able to find the truth about what happened, and that they may be able to recover their ancestors' remains. There is a lot that has happened in history that we often don't hear about. I had never heard of using humans as exhibits, other than at freak shows and circuses.
