I bet the tractor would look great with a rooster hood ornament named Clanger!

Yes, although I'd love to stick some Google eyes on them :). Poor Jessica keeps running up to me whenever I go there. I'm sure she's saying "ok, you've had your fun, now would you please take these things off me?"

Re: Good Morning!
OC you were right! DH is moving the bags of used bedding to the trailer using the front end loader on the tractor. It's so cute!
BTW I hope Clanger learns. It's very odd because Frank leaves him alone as long as he sticks to Wyandottes, Frank doesn't care for them. It's when he sneaks after the other the trouble starts. Just hope the idiot doesn't get too badly hurt before he learns.

woke up this morning, to a rooster crowing and a wild turkey answering, they were at it for about 10minutes a "crow" for every "goble" or vice versa, I wonder who they thought they were talking to ?

Hens can be clever - but roosters are all macho and hormones - overpowers the brain me thinks. Anyone with stories on that?

Re: Good Morning!
My little grey olive egger hasn't laid in a while. Cleaning out the shed yesterday I moved a box and there was a small, grey, swearing explosion. Mystery solved she was hiding her eggs well. Frank came to check out the fuss and I had both of them cursing me out for a good half hour! I think he was telling me to stop upsetting his hens LOL.

Re: Good Morning!
Good morning,
Christmas anyone, woke up to a sparkling winter wonderland, was hoping for some snowdrops, I guess I am half there, just snow.
Since we know it's not gonna last it's not so bad anymore.
so @Killerbunny what is DH moving with the tractor today?
We may need regular updates.
