Cup a poultry waterer

Post by kenya » Wed Dec 12, 2018 4:24 pm

I saw these on line anyone ever tryed them? They look perfect to keep crested breeds crest clean. I image they would freeze up in winter though.

We have a DIY waterer that we used these on. They do freeze up in the winter but work very well for the warmer months.

We bought a 12 pack on Amazon, much less expensive than what eBay is selling them for.
I will try to get a picture of ours.

As promised, a picture of the DIY waterer with cups. Note: it's been emptied and decommissioned for the winter, because the toggle mechanism seizes in freezing temperatures, but it's in use every other time of the year.

Yes I use those water cups, they work great, but as others said freeze up in winter.
