Taking hens to market.

Post by Skinny rooster » Sat Dec 01, 2018 1:08 pm

I took my hens to a market today, prices were good, they enjoyed themselves and next week I'm taking them to a museum. Ba da boom!

I went to a local market today that happens in fall and spring at an pasture pig farm. I got a huge kick out of a bunch of hens that walked through the crowds with no problems, they enjoyed their shopping adventure, hahaha!

In my brief chicken experiences, that definitely looks like something that red hens would do! They want to be part of the crowd and are not afraid to mingle.

lol, I couldn't imagine taking chickens to a market to go shopping. I'd be too scared that something might happen to them. Someone might have a dog with them. I wouldn't be able to relax and shop.
