If the picture looks close to real life, it looks like a "washed out" Blue.
True Splash would have a White background.

Thanks for the pictures. I realized the other day that it really doesn't matter what my chickens look like, as long as I like them. I will never be showing them. I do like to learn a lot though, and ask a lot of questions. :) Thanks for the information.

A lot of people call the ones with the splotchy marks on them Splashes, even if the background isn't white.

Please correct me if I have this wrong, I thought a splash hen/roo have black or blue points on white feathers. The actual feather is white and the top of the feather has a colour. Is that correct?
Whereas, paints the entire feather(s) is black, sort of dalmation like.

Am I close...lol
