Is lacing desirable on a splash bird?

Both the bigger splash cockerels have some lacing on their breasts. I haven't checked the two smaller ones.
The first picture is the one I was asking about.

In this picture, the one in the middle is the same one as the first picture. The cockerel on the right also has some lacing, but less.

Getting a bit confused here,In the first picture, I see a Blue and a tail of Splash and Black ?
In the second picture I see Black on left, Blue in the middle and Splash on right.
Splash is "random Blue feathers on a White background".
Blue comes in many expressions from very light all the way to very dark Blue with varying degree of lacing.

In the first picture the darkest one is a blue. I was calling the two lighter ones splashes - they are both not white, just a pale blue with dark splotches.
In the second picture, the dark one is a blue - there are no blacks in this pen. I will try to get some new pictures of the one I was asking about.

My camera doesn't show the colors exactly right sometimes.
