Anyone looking for Kombucha SCOBYs?

Post by Jaye » Sun Aug 19, 2018 4:24 pm

My SCOBY Hotel is full, so if anyone in the Ottawa area is looking for one, let me know ... the extras are going into the compost next week to make room for the new ones from my brew vessel.

SCOBY = Symbiotic colony/culture of (friendly) bacteria and yeast. I'm a fermentation nut.

Jaye, I didn't know you could ferment nuts. Do you make beer with it then?
