Let's get the ball rolling (again). After we choose a location through polling, we'll continue with a date poll. If Jan's is the preference, I'd suggest she date polls for dates that best suit her.
After a location is chosen, I will still need to call and get the details and confirm if reservations are required etc., but I need to start somewhere.

(Sure hope this poll setup is right )

And yes a cut off date ... Not sure when ... I'm swamped with work .. I'm just trying to finish what I started

So any decisions I can't cope right now LOL. Click away and I'll give a warning at some point in he next few weeks.

Just my opinion, cut off date should be one month from date of poll that way it will give lots of time for all to vote??
