How's the foot healing?
Yup, I'm ready for this super cold weather to ease into regular cold winter weather, like maybe -10 to -5C.

The toe is actually feeling much better thanks! The bigger issue is my calf muscle is one big cramp from walking with a limp I guess.

Oh boy. One thing leads to another, I suppose. Keep gently stretching it.
