Pat myself on the back!

Post by Skinny rooster » Tue Dec 19, 2017 7:44 pm

I had a good day today, it was +1 out so that let me get a lot done outside, I am actually quite proud of all the stuff I got done. Oh sure I still have absolutely no Christmas cleaning, shopping or cooking done but I finally put away the tractor lawnmower. I also put away all the garden tools, flower pots, planters, weedwacker (the big kind) and carts. I mean they weren't outside or anything like that but they are in a dryer place out of the way. Also stacked up all the cages not in use and put away the fencing tools. Yup I am so smrt..... err umm I mean smart!

Probably will start getting ready for Christmas in another week or so.

Good to hear you had a productive day. I figure I will be done all my fall chores/plans around mid-March.

I've (almost) resigned myself to the fact that by the time I check stuff off the to-do list, it either needs to be done again, or three other things have been added.

Like, my dog, Penny's "collection" of things--garbage, scrap, junk, bones, feathers, balls, bits of blanket, articles of clothing, spread around all over the lawn. Cleaned up mid-november, again a week ago, and already needs to be done again.
I give up :)
