@ross and others who are only using cell phones, please try to rotate them sideways after Dec 1st. It needs a minimum screen width to show the calendar. I tried to fit it to all screens, but couldn't get that done. Sorry.

Ah, well, if it still doesn't show, your phone is too small... I believe iPhone 6 or Samsung s6 and smaller is going to be suffering from that.
I'll figure out a way to get it to you guys. Look for something here on the weekend.
