Full sized lionheads? I only ask because I'm maybe considering getting a boyfriend for my NZ doe, and breed doesn't much matter to her, or me.

Shush, Ross, you know most of us are hopeless when it comes to a good deal on Sunday night dinner. Bunz the NZ doe is no exception...she can conjugate and make more bunnies, or she can make stew when DH isn't looking. She's not young, and this may be her last chance to make fat bunny babies :D

I didn't know there was such a bunny as full size lionhead. No mine are the little kind = less feed cost, less care. Plus all are female, that way no accidents. Although my buddy said the dwarf could be pregnant, uh oh. I don't breed any more, just for pets. Easy to look after. He sold his guinea pigs, I would have taken them too, both females and I am really starting to like those animals.

Ha! Ha! Good thing you only wanted 2
Lol, now he is trying to add one more. This bunny and I have history, so she may come back here lol. Many years ago when I first wanted to get into lionheads, this neighbour had a beautiful female, she was supposed to be two or three when he got her, a year or two later he asked if I wanted her, I said yes and so in 2012 ,he gave her to me. Last year I gave her to a loving home to spend her final days. Unfortunately the people could no longer keep pets and she ended up back with my neighbour. Full circle for her and she is actually in great shape, so there is the possibility she may come here if he asks enough lol.

Oh no, my friend just text me and said Granny Bunny passed away, poor old girl. He said he thinks she had a stroke. Now I feel a little guilty, maybe she would have done better here. On the other hand if she died here then I probably would have felt guilty for taking her. She must have been close to ten years old, I think that's a good age for a rabbit. She had a great summer, mostly free ranged and looked great. She was the first lionhead I owned.
