When my dog walks past our small pond along the edge its boom boom boom as the frogs all leap into the water. We have lots as well.

How about a blandings turtle? I gave him (her?) a ride to the closest pond today. That's the second blandings this year and my third lifetime. I usually move two or three painted turtles per year. Snappers are too dangerous to grab (except one little gaffer this spring).

Turtle taxi.....that's me! :farmer: :racer:

Tilled a small garden today. Turned up about 6 toads, a little unusual here. Made sure they all found their way.

No way :) thank you so much for posting, have been listening to them every spring for decades now, had no idea what they look like.
