I am the first to say prime is not defined by an age, but by each individual as they feel when they have arrived. I wanted to share a glimpse into this book for all the fine women on here, but also for the men who have been raised by a woman, love a woman and raise their girls to be women.

Beauty truly is an expression of ones self, ones inner strengths and weakness, ones kindness and all their attributes and any women should be free to be beautiful. Always.

The biggest gift we can give to ourselves, our daughters and all women in our lives, is the safety and freedom to be beautiful on their own terms, by their own definition.

Prime is definitely not age specific...nice video...beautifully shot..too short really, imo...but its also an ad for the book...so they cant give all away...but we better figure out that beauty is self defined and stop buying into corporate crap that only wants your money...thanks Sandy...and you're right, its not about chickens, but what the heck...lol
