Celebrating PTO/PSO at Sarnia show

I wonder if there is something we can do at Sarnia show in January to celebrate and honor Erin and all the work she put into PSO as well as to promote and recognize the new board and those who put it together. I know Erin hinted that she would probably be at the show. It's likely the best chance we'll get to get together. Any thoughts?

Even as simple as getting together to sign a thank you card would be nice.
