What does Ontario law say about donating eggs?

I understand the farm gate sales legalities.. What about giving eggs away for free?

I could not find anything on the internet, but I would say it would be similar rules to farm gate sales, since you are really just selling them really, really cheap.... cannot take off our your property, must be picked up at your property by the person "buying" them. If you are talking about donating to food bank or something, I am guessing most would not accept them due to liability risk of distributing ungraded eggs.nekoatsume wrote:QR_BBPOST I understand the farm gate sales legalities.. Thanks Jim. I just looked up farm gate sales, now that I know that term.
