Guess where our "lone wolf" hen was tonight.....

Post by Bobbi » Thu Dec 31, 2015 6:33 pm

:dunno:

Counted our chickens upon closing up the coop for the night only to find one missing... Mrs. Honey my lone wolf hen who is always by herself doing her own thing...

Hubby went looking, come in and asked for my assistance.. Flashlights in hand we went on the search..

Went looking down by the ditch near the ROAD... Low and behold, she's LITERALLY laying on the WHITE LINE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD! LIKE ON THE FRICKEN ROAD!
Cars/trucks are whizzing by at 90km literally a foot or less beside her and she's happy just sitting there puffed up as happy and calm as can be..

REALLY!!?? REALLY!!!????!

What the heck! Where is your sense of self preservation Honey!?

Fricken girl is going to be the death of me. Lol

That's what hubby said... He said maybe she was trying to commit chicken suicide! She seems sad... I think I'm going to hold her and play with her more. Lol
