I often see ads for artisanal chicken for sale and was wondering what that was. Now I understand. The kid inside wants me to also point out that it's spelled art is anal, which is odd because art usually has a very open mind about things.

The name in my mind, paints a picture of a starving artist fashioning a chicken out of wire and Paper Mache and gluing it on a piece of driftwood.
