Sprouting Seeds

I'm ordering my next batch of herbs etc., and I'd like to sprout some greens over the winter for the flock. Can I get some suggestions as to what they potentially would like the most pls.

Haha for a minute there I thought you said salt pepper for your chickens on there salad . Glad I reread , thought I'd heard/seen everything . I think chickens will like anything green in the middle of winter. My favorite is alfalfa with a dash of ACV and salt and pepper, but I'm not a chicken so can say if they would agree :)
