I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your hard work, and dedication over the last many years that you ran Poultry Swap Ontario for people like me to help enable poultry addictions-and stay addicted myself. The site meant a lot to me, I learned so much! It was an absolutely invaluable resource, and I spent timeless hours reading and re-reading and responding, and generally "hanging out" on the forum. It was a wonderful place. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am very sad to see it go....I wish you all the luck in the world on your new business venture, and I hope that you can come and visit PTO and help enable others again once your business is up and going!

I cant thank you enough Erin for everything you have done for my family and I. PSO was a major inspiration, influence and it helped change our lives forever! We lived in the city and for as long as I can remember I have always wanted to keep poultry and was just never able to. I started with quail from hatching eggs I bought from a PSO member and then Bantams also from PSO but it wasn't enough... We soon realized we had to leave the city in order to fulfill any of our dreams. Once we finally arrived in the country we soon figured out what chicken math was all about! the equation NEVER equals zero! haha

But besides that, the amazing friendships, incredible connections, the WEALTH of knowledge, the stories, the memories and everything in between would not have been possible if it wasn't for all your hard work with building and maintaining PSO. My small role in administrating PSO was not a problem at all, I enjoyed it and thanks for giving me that opportunity.

Two years ago I joined PSO looking for help as I was getting some layers the following spring. Everything I know about poultry has come from PSO members. Thanks for all the hard work and for letting me get a free poultry education. Now it's time to see how long it takes Bobbi to get a warning on PTO, hehehehe!

Thanks Erin for having made PSO, a place where a lot of us have become good 'friends', if not a family of sort. We have all become kind of dependent on each other for information, and of course, our source of birds! I'm so glad that something of the sort is continuing, and we can all go forth, continuing with our poultry endeavors. And, you started it all!!

I, for one, would like to echo the sentiment...thank you...it can be an arduous task to host such a forum and I have been welcomed and helped a great deal with my new poultry venture...there was, and still is in here, a 'family' vibe that is absolutely palpable and that is in no small measure a testament to your work Erin...thank you...

HI Erin, I've only been on PSO just over a year, What a great year! The work and time you put into the forum was simply amazing. It seemed like new or revamped things were popping up every week or two. I wish all the best and look forward to seeing you on PTO.
