A thought for the admins

Once upon a time I was part of a wonderful team that started a forum on a topic with which we were all very passionate. We quickly had a group of users who were equally passionate. That forum still thrives today many years after we started it. The team that built it self destructed in about 4 months. PLEASE, PLEASE remember, when those tough decisions come, and they will come sooner than you expect, that you are in fact a team. Remember how good this feels at the start and how much respect you have for your team mates right now. Your test as a team is coming. ENJOY THE RIDE AND SMILE WHEN THE TEST COMES. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :iheartpto:
