Hi everyone!
welcome back BobG!
what an amazing sunrise/moonrise this morning! wow! just a sliver of moon....and totally clear skies!
Got a couple of the walls and the ceiling painted in the bathroom yesterday. it's looking good. amazing what fixing of nail pops can do...and a fresh coat of paint. still a lot more to do in there, but i'm trying to take it slow (do it right) and not damage my back at the same time. I got the new behr marquee paint. ooooooo love that stuff! it goes on amazing!!!! and looks like i'll have enough left over to maybe possibly repaint my office too (later)! yay!
good luck ross! starting on thursday at physio i begin strength training and lifting. i'm hoping i can actually pull my bow in a few weeks and maybe, just maybe get out for a couple of days....i'll have to probably find a chair to sit in, and next year i'll set up a ground blind i think somewhere. i do have my eye on a really nice treestand, but not sure it's worth the $$ when we may be able to build our own....we'll see. i need something with a platform for my feet and a seat, not just a platform to sit on directly off the ladder. i can't twist anymore to get turned to sit. so i need something a bit safer for me to get in and out of. and not sure i can justify 350$ for that...yet....although sitting at home with this weather is VERY VERY tough....

Bob man, it's great to hear from ya! Ya I'm here although I've been pretty busy with a new job... I'm a cabinet maker! And I love it, learning lots, did you see the finch cage above? It's sweet! I gotta post a new thread and some more pics, that one doesn't do it justice.

So ya I haven't been on here much, well I'm always on I just haven't be partaking much in discussions. Now that things are slowing down n camping season is over I'll be on here more.

When I took on the job I knew I wouldn't have much free time so I put all breeding efforts on hold this year and haven't produced much, next year will be a great year!

Bob, how have you been and how was your breeding this year?

Good luck Ross! Kathy i could send you the plans for the tree stand I made for Ross and myself. You could put a swivel boat seat on it... much cheaper than $350... I'd offer to build it but don't really have the time...

Have a great day all!

Cheers!

There she be ..Kathy ..seats about 12' off ground . Within reason you can make whatever height yu want . Been there I think 4 going on 5 years no sign of rot never painted . Large platform for feet & butt . I have a fold up boat seat for comfort . Luck , deer here only moving in the dark .
