Tom Ferris has a swim ban and very small picnic areas. One covered area available for rent or first come first serve. I don't think it is our best option ... My input there

I'm swamped with work and just crazy life right now and I'm wondering if anyone has the time to get the planning stage of the picnic to the next level. Otherwise it will have to sit dormant for a few months.

Thanks!

Sandy

Just a thought, looking at TomK's craftiness, and knowing that several other people on the board engage in various crafty pursuits.....
Would people object to having folks bring along some of their crafts etc to the picnic if one gets organized?

We could bring a race horse for some "exciting" pony rides..... riders would need to sign a waiver form prior to getting a leg up.

Just wanted to add, if it ends up at my place: Dominion Link can turn his race horse out in pasture once he's had enough excitement LOL (oh, yeah, I'm signing up for THAT!) And to anyone who has to travel great distance and will be staying overnight, if you don't want to stay on my property because I might be an axe murderer or something, Bellamy park is about 10 minutes away with VERY reasonable camping rates.

If folks don't want to camp at Jans if chosen we can put a few up here.
