Down with the beavers!!!!! oh wait......I have the beavers your neighbour wants apparently....lol. they swim in the river and cut down my 200 year old trees that are 18 inches in diameter and leave them to rot....lol

well, the inspector at least got a field trip out of it all.....
if he's going to build i hope he either forgoes the basement or gets a really really good sump pump or ten.....

I am afraid the house has been built, it was a turn-key operation, so they didn't find out they have a marsh instead of back yard until they walked out the back door, now they are looking for somebody to blame.
One thing I found out that I didn't know, if there actually was a beaver dam on our property, it would be our responsibility to get a trapper in to catch it, at our expense of course.
Nature, some people just find it offensive I guess.

So our old Doberman mix Baron died this week (he's facing in this pic). Age unsure: we had him 9 years. His eyes and hips were failing and I was procrastinating "putting him down" but he saved me the chore.

May you run free now as you once did.

Sorry for your loss @baronrenfrew . It's always so hard to say goodbye. Sounds like he left on his own terms. RIP, Baron.
