BVF, if you do, make sure it has a meal plan ;-P
just visited the garden. guineas are all in the trailer. slackers. they're cold. oh whine.
picked the cucumbers. came in a found BVF's relish recipe (mmmmm) and that's what i'm doing today and tomorrow. relish. but i need onions.
which means going to town.
16 chicks out the door this morning. only another 40-50 to go in the next week LOL.
turkeys were let outside in a pen for the first time since hatching....they have no clue what to do. none. so they're just all standing there looking around. for hours. LOL.
today is just a physio day (that's now taking almost 3 hours to do everything), and maybe go for a swim, and maybe move some birds around and make the relish, and some zucchini bread. the zucchinis are going nuts! i mulched with the shavings from the stalls with the turkeys and chickens, and well, the baseball bats are growing/have grown! i'll start slicing some in half for the turkeys soon too and throwing them into the pens. they love them.
hope everyone has a great day!

ha ha i could see the headlines now "chicken blamed for closing the 401 and 400 intersection for 10 hours" LOL.
okay, i'm sure that won't happen. but it was funny in my head there for a minute.....it's still early....i am having my caffeine, don't worry, i'll be awake soon.

Okay folks! if you are coming to the bbq you need to rsvp soon! it's only about 3.5 weeks away now!!!! it's going to be the evening of August 5, and people can stay over till the 6th before heading out if they want! that's the saturday of the august long weekend. we are going to start our planning in earnest in the next week or so. so make sure if you are coming that you PM one of the admins and we will add you to the Piknik 2017 topic where all the planning is going to happen! I'm getting excited for this!!!!! Just a reminder that if you have a camper trailer please bring an extension cord so we can plug you in....50 foot or 100 foot....whatever you have......we have TONS of room for camping/tents/trailers

AND the online store is working! whoohoo! just if you do place an order remember to order non-embroidered items separately from the embroidered items. I have the company working on getting that glitch fixed so it's not 2 orders with shipping for each. If you go to the store through the forum the forum gets 20 or so percent of the sale kicked back to the forum for us to do "fun stuff". and you'll find out what "fun stuff" is in a little while....a few weeks....LOL. for now it's a secret. and i'm not telling. and bribes will not work......unless it involves siding my house or repointing brick....or major landscaping. then it might have a chance of working. slim chance....

don't forget the photo contest, i think we have 4 entries now......still lots of space!!!

hope everyone has a wonderful day.
