I ran over one on the highway when temps were near zero last week.

I see them out at night when it is hoovering around zero, on the side of roads, but yesterday was very cold and it was out, sent up a tree. Thank you Ava.

I waited till this morning and sent nose buster outside. Ava sniffed it out in minutes and went crazy. Hadn't gone far, but buried itself in a hole in the bottom of the tree.

Poor Josh shows up with a friend to work on his friends car, As I'm walking back inside with a shotgun. Then I walk to the garage and I hand him a box and asked him to bury it, with Ava jumping and wanting in the box to rip the raccoon to shreds. Josh starts the mini excavator,
Warms it up and gets'er done without thinking. Ranjodh is like ummm..shouldn't you eat that? If you kill it you should eat it. I said you're right dude, c'mon in, breakfast will be ready soon. I can add the mouse, coon (cat), brought in and dropped on the kitchen floor for me this morning too if you like. Gutted or ungutted?

He gave thumbs up to a Josh and they got it buried. I offered for him to stay for dinner since they are still here. He politely declined. Odd.

I'm trustworthy again. Ranjodh stayed for dinner. He's vegetarian so we had a huge pot of pasta and veggie sauce. (Mine was gluten free)

Cantaloupe, oranges and grapes for dessert.

Planet of the Apes with popcorn in a little bit. Good day all in all.

Cheers to all!

Good morning!
It's snowing here again, so I guess the winter switch is back in ON position.
Foot prints in the snow make me think that either a cat or another animal that size was trying to get in to our bedroom sliding door (slightly open) last night. Hope it wasn't a skunk. Tiny footprints on the porch, mouse trying to get in to the cold storage?
They are all trying to move in I think they know something we don't. ;)
Have a safe one!

Hey!!! I am going to try to get to the sarnia show!!! If the weather is good and my hubby will drive me.
Snowed a bit here too today. Looks nice with the white on the ground.
We have mice in our house. Dammit!!! 3 lazy cats-although there have been 3 mice presented in the last few days-mostly dead....um....
