LOL. When did that ever work out? A boy reading a girls mind??
Honestly, we are getting there. It's a learning curve for me, too. What she can do and what not. What I need to wait for the ask and where I need to be there "reading the mind".
It's all good.

Martin, bumps in the road?..on our pristine Ontario roadways?... Say it isn't so!!!...lol...Merry Christmas
Tom, you are funny! If I put her into an incubator, turn on the bright lights around here and she will be on an all inclusive Mexican Cruise?

For the roads I sometimes think I would like a car like this

Thanks for the smashing lights! Made my morning, I know it's Christmas morning but it's such simple fun before all the chaos of the rest of the day!

Glad the first part of the journey is going well for you WWLady, all the best!

Received an incredibly thoughtful gift from a good friend of ours for Christmas... Among all the things to sort through when my Mom passed away in April 2015 were a lot of knitting supplies which we gave to our friend, Jennifer, who does a lot of knitting. In the lot was a 3/4 finished blanket that Mom had presumably started for my daughter. Jennifer tied a knot where my Mom had ended and finished the blanket for us. She delivered it on Christmas Eve with some other handmade gifts for our kids. She specifically handed me the bag with the blanket and I had no idea what the story was until she explained it to me. I thought it was a blanket she had knitted for our newest arrival, and when she started telling me about a knot that she wanted me to see I had no clue what she was leading up to telling me. Completely caught me off guard and, honestly, choked me up instantly. I miss my Mom terribly and Christmas was absolutely her favourite time of year. This gift from Mom and Jennifer is something that will be cherished and passed down.
