HAHAHA I know! just need some time. Pickeral is still running through Sarnia I just heard today. So all along the st. clair river, which is still only 10 mins away.... I keep forgetting about that and then I get this big smile on my face! and theres 2 or 3 rivers that run around here, gotta be good fishing in them.

You're right on the annoyingly polite! When I let them out thy all want to be sooooo friendly makes it difficult to cull. I'm getting over that but hubby can't be here! BTW the turkey eggs are delicious, slightly more creamy than chickens I find.

Here is our BSW from KB, stuffed breast from a 4.2KG bird fed 6 people comfortably with the inside strips of meat left for lunch today. :)

Good question as I have never had a Beltsville !
I don't think they get as big our 7 month old tom we ate dressed at around 14lb.
I do know genetically they are not related
here is a link that might help

Dreamriver I read all that a few times when choosing my breed and then again recently when you first posted your breeder add. they are more rare than the beltsville eh... breed the crap out of them and spread em out. i sure hope no one crosses them... glad to see another critically endangered breed out there!
