Someone requested to avoid June because of haying. If there are dates people absolutely can't travel on, or book off work or whatever, now's the time to mention. I'll have a look see how the poll thingy works when I get off work in the a.m.
Can'ts: all of August and Weekend of June 4th. If I don't make this one, if it happens to be done in August, no worries, I'll make the next one.

Well www looks like you get to decide on a few available dates. We can do a poll where people canchoose more than one or two options-i can help set that up for you if you suggest dates....

Yes please, WLLady, if you get a free minute (HA, right?). Thinking out loud here, I think June is out for many people, because of young kids still in school, and haying, and Canada Day weekend is out for many people. End of August is bad because of college kids heading back, and haying again lol. So in between July 4th and August 22nd. Most people I think would prefer a weekend, meaning Saturday/Sunday? My 'weekend' is whenever I get (or book) days off, so any day of the week is good for me here as long as I know a couple weeks ahead of time. But I think most people work mon-fri., so weekends it is. I'm good if people need to stay over night, or even two nights if there's a long drive say friday night, and a hardy party on saturday, I have extra beds and campers available for use, cootie-free LOL. So on the table right now are the weekends of July 9, 16, 23 and 30th, and August 6, 13 and 20th.

Will a poll accept 7 options? I'm not sure how to narrow down the choices if not: any of those dates or anything in between is fine with me :)

I'm going to get a poll up....we can have up to 10 choices, and i'll get people to vote for every choice that works for them. give me a bit (like a day) to get this up, i'll try to do it on my lunch (if i get lunch today).....otherwise i'll have to be tonight....

okay, that was easier than i thought, hopefully i didn't mess it up. there's another topic poll for voting....thought it would be easier to keep them separate than to bury it in here. let me know if you have any trouble voting. you should be able to vote for EVERY weekend that would work for you, not just one of the weekends.
