We had a self registratio open yesterday to ease the migration from PSO to PTO.
Originally we wanted to keep it like that for 2 days, but when I reviewed the self registered users this morning, there are 2 questionable usernames that we would not normally allow.
So I decided to switch to admin approval of users a day early.
Sorry for the inconvenience!

Yes, I agree.... don't let any questionables inside! Its raining here, and foggy. Of course it is! The fam is coming over, to get their christmas trees. I haven't walked with Melissa for a long time, so was looking forward to the trek to the bush. Oh well. I won't wish it was snowing, but it would have made it easier.

THANK GOODNESS that christmas party is over and done!!!!!!!!!!!! When we got home around 5:30pm.. my husband said... aren't you glad the party is over... rather than just starting? Hell ya. Course, I would have been in abit of a better frame of mind, if my ears were better than they are. Still ringing, plugged, and dizzy.....I was told by my friend... it will continue for about 6 weeks. Yay.

I'm going to head over to the for sale section, and advertize my red royal tom. Nice boy, very gorgeous. I've got a chance to get a family of EO's, with a NICE BOY, so I need need the pen. All my dog crates/cages/pens/whatever I can stuff every little special bird, that gets picked on....birds that will get killed if thrown into the general flock... stuff like that... need to go. I even have a hen, an old broody, that hatched two guinea keets... and I had them in the back room, and one disappeared. Have NO clue where it went. It was about 2 weeks old. I suspect it got between the slats of the pig nursery pens, and went down the manure shute.. that ultimately leads to the manure lagoon. We haven't used those pens since 1996, so whatever is in them, is all dry, empty, but no chance of finding the poor bugger. That or a rat got him. Anyhow, rambling here. Shes in a cage with her now 2 month old keet. It still trys to get under her, LOL. So... that little bugger doesn't fit in anywhere, and to let her back out to the barn, where she can do what she wants... I am sure the keet will end up down with the cows.. or fall into its water trough....don't know what to do with it. Sigh.

Well, I'd better get going here.....

Good morning all,
In expectations of freezing rain, last of the garden implements stashed away, fresh pea stone in front of barn, car and truck parked "not under a tree" and we are as ready as we will ever be.
This year's pullets are starting to lay, pretty exciting to have some little eggs in the boxes, the late hatch is showing in late laying start, make note to myself. :)
Have a good one! :iheartpto:
