needing rebuilding again.....
and
@poultry_admin and I have been looking for another puppy for a while.....found this one online, and she's from a farm out near hamilton/flamborough. so we zipped up to see her yesterday, before the worst of the weather rolled in and she chose us :-) so we welcome sally (that's what they were calling her and i think we will stick with that, but "bug" has also been coming out of me when i'm talking to her, so she may end up with "bug" as a nickname). yellow lab.....with the feet and the appetite to go with the feet!!!! Skeet (the black old humungo lab) doesn't seem to mind her, which is a definite bonus, and she knows cats, and chickens and horses and people and kids but not stairs LOL

she's fitting in just fine :-)

@ross we had water running over the driveway yesterday so DH went down with the rods to push the ice out of the drainage and well, it isn't ice blocking the drainage....there's an animal of some type wedged into the drainage hose. sigh. so we have a swamp and water running over the driveways which is now frozen solid again. ah, life on the farm. i hope there's no damage there....

Shes 14 weeks. Need to get her to the vet for the 3rd booster and rabies shots in the next week or so. We did have a couple of "get outta my face" quick conversations between skeet and sally but thats to be expected. He just warned her vocally...no snapping. And she backed right off. She has helped with chores (mostly collecting corn stalks and stray pieces of hay and carting them around)...and is busy demolishing a chew....a little separation anxiety....but its been a big couple of days for her. Caught whatever nasty cold is going around so once i stop losing my voice i will call the vet lol hoping she whines less tonight and sleeps more....

How many pups did you have to choose from?
The pup I'm interested in is around the same age but german shepherd not lab.
