Ha!Ha! Sorry with these frightfully cold winters we've been having we deserve a break, a little snow yes a lot no. Want to kill off the BUGS though I agree with Sandy there.

Even though our land has been turned into mud due to huge tractors used to set in a new septic system, I'm very happy not to have snow this year. I think we had enough last year to last us (in memory)this year. :)

I'm so happy to not be carrying HOT water to the barn twice daily!! Or thawing the MANY little plastic water dishes all the special littles' in cages have.
I'm not naive to think we won't get winter tho.... its coming. Wait for January folks!! (or so 'they' say).

i actually took hot water to the loft this morning thinking maybe i would need it for the fuzzybutts in the brooder. I was SOOOO HAPPY!!!! the water was still thawed, and as a bonus it was shavings free for a change LOL.
i wouldn't mind a bit of snow. just not 4 feet of it...

Skinny Rooster: last year was a green christmas? pardon? I am a l'autre cote de la riviere and I clearly remember lots of friggin snow.
thegawd: camping? you like bugs or something? ... thinking.... Getting away and leaving your electronics behind... eating over an open fire... seeing the stars at night.. seeing the critters in the outdoors...hearing the birds.. no traffic.. no bloody phone... catching fish... heck: Count Me In!
