can you please help me by taking a screen shot of the ad you mention?
We have 52 ads online and all have a user associated to them on my end.

I just went to chickens for sale chicks is first ad clicked on 1st ad title & full ad popped up with name / location . Im using an iphone . Luck

okay, i'm not good at this but here goes.....
this is what i see when i click on PTO classifieds and then browse ads (this is just part of it).

now, there is no user name. i click on the blue heading of the first listing and this is what i get now

the username is there....dalton1989....
if you click on "contact dalton 1989" you will end up going to another screen that is an email screen and you can type in an email to dalton1989.

Well when I was going to take a screen shot, contact information was there, so I don't know why it wouldn't show up for me before but seems to now. Thanks for your assistance, it is much appreciated!!!
