Good Morning!

Facebook blocked me and needed my ID and real name. I get it. So much crap (predator in many forms) on there that if something happens (and it does daily) police are knocking on facebooks door.

So I changed my name to be correct and sent them an envelop showing my name from The Ontario Ministry that just arrived with my outdoor card. Nothing dangerous if it is 'leaked'. Simple solution.

My name is real, but the other bull paddies about me, like my birthdate, and where I live is on there.

I figure if anyone wanted to come find me, kill me, do whatever.... then come and bring it on. There are lots of other ways to 'lurk' people, other than FB. Not worried about it at all. I've dealt with &** holes who phone and tell me my computer has a virus....(Ok, dork.... tell me which one, I have 4....).... to having my credit card used by other #%÷$ heads...., people coming in here, and trying to sell you stuff..... just to scope out your place. I mean come on... if your ligit.. dress like a normal human, not like SCUM!

Ok... getting off topic, lol. What was the topic? I'm so glad I'm slowly losing my mind.

Good Morning!

So after chores were done.... and they were done in good time, because when I am MAD, they usually go faster..... I came inside, and had some coffee, to wound myself up even more... and head for the computer upstairs to get the bank statement reconcilled for the end of March.

The Accountant is coming first thing Monday morning, to do taxes. I also have to find all the t-4's t-5's and whatever else they are called, plus bank and FCC papers, blah blah blah. I kind of cleaned that room, where the computer is in. It doubles as a plant room... with a tier shelved thing, with lights, and every window sill is full of plants/cactus's... stuff. Seed boxes/bags/envelopes are all in that room. Son Dave's crap from his house... baby toys' stuff... in that room. Closet is FULL of that, my stuff, and christmas stuff.

I still have to vacuum the dead plant leaves/dust/flies off the floor. Hate cleaning. Suppose I should do toilets, seeing as how someone else is coming to this house, but us, lol. Ugh.

Called to see what Melissa is doing. Honestly.... shes not doing much.... but complaining about how sore she is... different parts of the body... when pregnant, feet, stuff. Come on. I was OLDER than her, when pregnant with all 3 of my kids... and had MANY chores to do, plus farm work, and as kids came on.. them to look after too. (quite honestly, I don't know how I did it). Well, she does sit on her duff all day at work... so I guess the less you do, the less you want to do.. the less your unable to do... but shes only 24!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

So, I told her shes coming over to poke holes in cups... and label them.... and fill them with dirt.... and this is the start of the gardening she said she was going to help me with this year, because she will be on Mat. leave. Ya, right. If the BS is starting now, then I don't hold out much hope for gardening help this year. Shes due July 7th. Gardening will be fully underway, with picking going on then/processing/freezing/pickling. Like shes going to be able 9.5 months along. OR when the baby is a few weeks. (going to nurse.. and we all know, its a learning curve for both)... and then when the baby is a month... 2 months.. it will be something else.

Not sympathetic.

Should I be?? With my first pregnancy, I milked a herd of cows, up until the day before I delivered! I realize everyone is different, but are today's young people kind of 'precious'?

Shes here, lol.

goatgal35 wrote:QR_BBPOST Three weeks ago I bought eggs at an auction. I got 1 dozen of the darkest Marans eggs I have ever seen and an 18 pack with 6 Araucana eggs and 1 dozen silkie eggs. I really wanted the Marans and Araucana. I didn't really want any more silkie eggs but since they were all together, I got what I got. I now have 6 Marans, 1 Araucana, and 11 silkies. Not bad for cheap auction eggs. Fingers crossed that the one and only Araucana I got is a girl :)
Goat gal. Not sure if you ever go to Woodstock on Friday nights. They have been selling hatching eggs pretty cheap also

Well 22 in the brooder, 1 still in the incubator I had to help out as the membrane got stuck to the poor buggers head and it could not move. About 3 more with pips, but I think the remaining 4 will be no hatches. Not bad for power being out for 6 hours with only heat from the wood stove keeping them warm!!
