Well, welcome Baxter, nothing better then a puppy to enlarge a family,
puppy training here, Golden Retriever takes about 3 years to train, I am half way there...:)
What a difference a year makes ....

And Baxter is a lovely pup. I had the pleasure to meet him and he was very well behaved! Sorry about the turkeys @Kbr42 who decided he wasn't to be tolerated - poor pup!

Lol...yes, neither of us were expecting the turkey watchdogs! And the fact they found us, on mass, around the other side of the house was too funny....from inside the house of course 😉

@Ontario Chick oh goodness, let's hope it doesn't take me 3,years to train Baxter!!

I just finished 18 weeks of puppy training. We are taking a break, but will take him back for Rally Training! He really like it!

My blue egg layers are in with Roger, not sure what colour pullets would lay but did you need any eggs???????? You know how pretty those girls are.

I am sure Baxter is a bright fellow who will master everything in no time at all :)
The 3 years only apply to Golden retrievers, apparently they get their full size at year one, full coat at 2 and the brains come in at 3, or so they tell me...

So what is in the eggs we aren't seeing?
