I think there are 2 types. The large ones go to mass marketing facilities where they are grown for 6 weeks now andthe small meatie market for backyarders.

oh my goodness these were frankenchickens extreme! They were between 6 and 9 pounds-dressed. so yes, ross small turkeys.
